أعلنت سيسكو منذ يومين عن طرح شهادة جديدة خاصة بي الـService Provider بمستوى مبتدأ Associate وليكتمل الهرم الخاص بهذه الشهادة وتحمل هذه الشهادة الرقم 640-760 وتحمل الأسم التالي Supporting Cisco Service Provider IP NGN Operations (SSPO) وهي تتحدث بشكل عام عن المبادئ الرئيسية في أعداد مخدمات الأنترنت بالأضافة إلى مقدمة عن IP NGNأوIP Next-Generation Network وهي طبعا الجيل الجديد من أجهزة سيسكو CRS
