Just to let you know I have done this lab using GNS3 and using Routers 3600 and didn't face/find any loop, after repeating it twice with the same result I started searching and found that the command "redistribute ospf 1" will not redistribute the OSPF external routes (including routes for 192.168.1.0 & 192.168.2.0) back to OSPF from BGP so now loop will show for these 2 routes, find below from Cisco website:الموضوع الأصلى من هنا: منتديات سيسكو التعليمية | كن بين الخبراء ! http://www.ciscovb.com/vb/3814-post25261.html Redistribution of Only OSPF Internal (Intra- and Inter-Area) Routes into BGP
If you configure the redistribution of OSPF into BGP without keywords, only OSPF intra-area and inter-area routes are redistributed into BGP, by default. You can use the internal keyword along with the redistribute command under router bgp to redistribute OSPF intra- and inter-area routes.
router bgp 100 redistribute ospf 1 !-- This redistributes only OSPF intra- and inter-area routes into BGP. http://www.cisco.com/en/US/tech/tk36...800943c5.shtml
I will lab this for the 3rd time using different redistribution commands and will include the external routes to confirm the behaavior.
